Shipping Policy
At Love Catz Store, we are committed to delivering products in a timely and reliable manner. We partner with trusted print-on-demand providers who operate through global networks of fulfilment partners. The fulfiller and shipping location used may vary depending on your delivery country and product availability.
1. General Shipping Information
Privacy & operational information handling
You understand that information you submit (excluding payment card details, which are processed securely by Shopify and payment providers) may be transferred across networks and service providers as needed to operate the Services for technical and operational reasons, subject to applicable privacy law and our Privacy Policy.
Production Times
- Orders are typically processed and sent to the fulfiller within 2 business days (and up to 5 business days during peak periods).
- Production times may vary depending on the product type and seasonal demand.
Shipping Methods and Estimates
Consumer rights: Mandatory consumer guarantees may apply depending on your delivery destination. For example, Australian Consumer Law applies to Australian deliveries and New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to New Zealand deliveries. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

- Colours, placement, and sizing may vary slightly between products and from those displayed on your device. These variations are a natural result of the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.
- If an item arrives misprinted, materially different from what you ordered, or damaged, please contact us and we will assist in line with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.
2. Regional Shipping Timeframes
We fulfil through trusted print-on-demand networks. The specific fulfilment facility and shipping origin may vary based on destination and product availability.

3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
4. Shipping Issues
Delivery Confirmation
- If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, please contact Love Catz Store first. We will assist by initiating an investigation with the carrier and/or fulfiller where appropriate.
- Where possible, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can request timely evidence from the carrier. We may still be able to assist after this period, but available evidence can be limited. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
- Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate delivery address. If you provide delivery instructions (such as a safe place) or nominate a third party to receive the parcel, delivery may be treated as completed once the carrier follows those instructions.
Reporting a Problem
- Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Provide supporting details:
- For delays/lost shipments → include your tracking number.
- For significant damage on arrival → submit a Returns request (see our Returns Policy).
Processing Your Claim
- We will acknowledge your inquiry within 2–5 business days, investigate with the fulfiller and carrier, and update you with next steps.
Resolution Options
- Lost or significantly delayed packages (not marked delivered): we will offer a replacement or refund based on the investigation outcome, in line with applicable consumer law.
- Damaged items: replacement provided at no additional cost once verified (see our Returns Policy).
5. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments
- Wrong or Insufficient Address: If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect or incomplete details, the order will be returned to the fulfiller.
Reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility once a corrected address is provided.
- Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to the fulfiller, reshipment will be at the customer’s expense.
To the extent permitted by law, Love Catz Store is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout where the item is not defective and we are not at fault. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including Australian Consumer Law for Australian deliveries and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for New Zealand deliveries.
6. Changes and Cancellations
- Our products are custom printed on demand. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once sent to production or fulfilment.
- If you spot an error immediately after purchase, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help where possible—however, changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
Please review order details carefully (size, colour, shipping address) before completing your purchase.
7. Duties, Taxes, and Customs
- International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, carrier handling fees, and brokerage fees imposed by local authorities or delivery providers.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs processing may extend delivery times beyond the estimates provided.
8. Partial Deliveries
- Orders with multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost.
- This may occur when products are fulfilled at different facilities or when part of your order is ready before the rest.
9. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or other issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or other circumstances affecting our Printing Partners, or their carriers.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
